Our engagements are quoted per project, not sold as monthly subscriptions. Final fees depend on subscriber count, segment complexity, and timeline urgency.

How quotes work: After you submit a brief, we return a written estimate within two business days. The estimate lists scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed fee. We do not bill hourly for atlas engagements — the quoted fee covers the agreed scope.
Estimate factors we ask about
- Active subscriber count and months of cohort history available
- Number of plan tiers, billing intervals, and acquisition channels to segment
- Whether voluntary and involuntary churn are tagged separately in your exports
- Deadline pressure — expedited atlases (under three weeks) carry a 20% urgency fee
- On-site briefing or workshop travel outside Gangwon-do
Deposits and payment
Atlas and audit engagements require a 40% deposit upon quote acceptance, with the balance due on final delivery. Workshop fees are invoiced in full one week before the session date. We accept bank transfer (KRW) and international wire for overseas clients.
