Refund Policy

This policy applies to professional engagements contracted with Laurel Hub Analytics Co., Ltd., including churn atlases, renewal reviews, subscription health audits, and retention briefing workshops.

1. Deposits

Atlas and audit engagements require a 40% deposit upon quote acceptance. Workshop engagements are invoiced in full one week before the session date. Deposits confirm scheduling and reserve analyst capacity.

2. Cancellation by client

• More than 14 days before scheduled start: Deposit refundable minus a 10% administrative fee, or transferable to a rescheduled engagement within six months.
• 7–14 days before start: 50% of deposit refundable; remainder covers preliminary scoping work.
• Less than 7 days before start: Deposit non-refundable unless we can reallocate the reserved capacity.
• After work has begun: Deposits and progress payments are non-refundable. Partial refunds for undelivered scope may be negotiated in writing.

3. Rescheduling

Workshop sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested at least seven days in advance. Late rescheduling (under seven days) incurs a ₩200,000 rescheduling fee or forfeiture of one workshop seat if the fee is unpaid.

Atlas timelines may shift due to client data delays without penalty to either party. Client-requested expedited delivery after work begins may incur additional fees quoted in advance.

4. No-shows

Missed workshop sessions without twenty-four hours' notice are treated as delivered and are not refundable. Remote walkthrough sessions included with atlas delivery may be rescheduled once; additional missed sessions are subject to a ₩400,000 rebooking fee.

5. Refund eligibility after delivery

Because our deliverables are custom professional work product, fees are generally non-refundable after final file delivery. If deliverables materially fail to match the agreed written scope, notify us within ten business days of delivery. We will either:

• Correct the deliverables at no additional charge, or
• Offer a partial refund proportional to undelivered or non-conforming scope

Dissatisfaction with business outcomes from using our charts is not grounds for refund — we visualize data you provide; strategic decisions remain your responsibility.

6. Non-refundable items

• Completed walkthrough sessions and workshops
• Reconciliation weeks where work was performed on data you supplied
• On-site travel expenses already incurred
• Third-party costs prepaid on your behalf

7. Cancellation by Laurel Hub

We may cancel an engagement if you fail to provide necessary data exports within thirty days of the agreed start date after two written reminders. In that case, the deposit is refundable minus scoping hours already performed, billed at ₩180,000 per day.

8. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds require you to confirm account details in writing.
