These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at filelaurelhub.click and any professional services contracted with Laurel Hub Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Laurel Hub," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or accepting a project quote, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

Using this website or submitting a project brief constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.

2. Services

Laurel Hub provides professional retention visualization engagements including churn atlases, renewal reviews, subscription health audits, and briefing workshops. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual written quotes accepted by both parties.

3. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, methodology documentation, and pre-existing chart templates remain the property of Laurel Hub Analytics. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use delivered atlas PDFs and editable source files for internal business purposes. Clients may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute deliverables without written consent.

Client-provided data remains the client's property. We use client data solely to perform contracted engagements and delete working copies within ninety days of final delivery unless retention is required by law or agreed in writing.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate data exports and cooperate during definition reconciliation. Delays caused by incomplete or inconsistent data may extend timelines and are not grounds for fee reduction unless we fail to notify you promptly of the delay cause.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Korean Won unless otherwise stated. Deposits and payment schedules are specified in project quotes. Late payments may suspend work until accounts are current.

6. Limitation of liability

Laurel Hub Analytics provides analytical visualization based on data you supply. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using our charts. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

7. Website use

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to this website. Content is provided for informational purposes about our professional services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Korea, with preference for courts having jurisdiction over Gangwon-do where applicable.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
